Here's a nice little spectrum with my political views on it (updated 10/6/2013):

If you want to compare views, take the political spectrum test at PoliticalCompass.org then compare your results with mine. If you really want, you can email me a screencap of your test results compared to mine using the Build Your Own Chart tool.

Typically, our views won't match up. That's okay. I don't expect that. If you wish to make an eloquent, reasoned, rational. logical, and calm argument for your point, please do so. However, I do monitor the comments, so if I see you having an ID10T code and screaming personal attacks, I will boot your comment off, and purposely boot any other of your comments off, if it's that bad.In essence, I like a good discussion, as long as you remain calm. If you don't like it, then don't go here.

Also, scientific/legal related posts will be written in a factual based style. Political posts and the rest will be majorly opinion pieces with facts sporadically thrown in, even though, as Sartre said, "Politics is a science. You can demonstrate that you are right and others are wrong."

And yes, this blog is named after a Depeche Mode song. Oh well.
